59033 is a single small round dish, the BORCAM 159033 is a 2-Piece Oval Tray Set.   This set is a popular "starter pack" because it provides two different sizes of oval roasters, making it more versatile for preparing a main dish and a side simultaneously.   Set Composition The 159033 set typically includes two open oval trays (no lids): Component Dimensions Capacity Best For Large Tray ~34.5 cm x 24.8 cm 3.2 Liters Whole roast chicken, family lasagna, or large fish. Small Tray ~26.3 cm x 18.2 cm 1.55 Liters Side of roasted potatoes, vegetable medleys, or desserts. Key Features of the 159033 Set Nesting Design: The smaller tray fits perfectly inside the larger one, saving significant cabinet space when not in use. Borosilicate Durability: Like all Borcam products, these are made from heat-resistant glass safe for the oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer (-40°C to +300°C).   Oval Advantage: The elongated shape is ideal for items like whole trout or asparagus spears that don't fit well in round dishes. Hygienic Surface: The non-porous glass won't stain or retain food odors, ensuring your lemon herb chicken doesn't leave a scent behind for your next fruit crumble.   Usage Tips Serving: These trays are designed with wide, integrated handles, making them easy to carry from the oven to a trivet on your dining table. Air Fryer Check: The smaller tray (26cm) may fit in very large drawer-style air fryers, but always measure your basket width before attempting to use it. Avoid Stovetops: While heat-resistant, these trays should not be used directly on a stove burner without a heat diffuser.
