The OMS 4-Piece Granite Teapot Set (Medium) is a premium Turkish double-teapot system (çaydanlık) that uses a tiered design to brew tea. Unlike standard stainless steel models, this set features a 4-layer non-stick granite-effect coating that provides excellent heat retention and a modern aesthetic. Set Components & Capacity The "4-piece" label refers to the two pots and their respective lids: Top Teapot: 1.0 Liter capacity (used for the tea concentrate). Bottom Teapot: 2.0 Liters capacity (used for boiling water). Lids: Includes two matching lids (one for each pot). Key Product Features Bio-Granite Coating: The interior and exterior surfaces are coated with a high-quality, PFOA and PTFE-free granite-look coating. This makes the pots fireproof, scratch-resistant, and very easy to clean. Energy Efficient Base: Designed with a thick capsule bottom that ensures uniform heat distribution and keeps water hot for longer periods. Durable Handles: Typically equipped with ergonomic stainless steel handles that are heat-resistant and securely riveted to the body. Stovetop Compatibility: Safe for use on gas, electric, and ceramic stoves. Note that while some newer granite models are induction-ready, many standard sets are not; always verify the base if you have an induction hob. Maintenance & Care Dishwasher Safe: The granite coating is durable enough for the dishwasher, though hand-washing is recommended to maintain the luster of the exterior finish. Healthy Brewing: The non-toxic coating ensures that no metallic taste is transferred to your tea, preserving the authentic flavor of the leaves.
