Unlike other machines that brew into a pot, the OK001 pours the coffee directly into your cup. Its internal "Lift-to-Brew" system ensures that the coffee foam (köpük) is perfectly preserved and distributed evenly between two cups if brewing for a pair.
2. Slow Brewing Mode (Wood-Fire Taste)
This mode extends the brewing cycle to simulate the traditional method of cooking coffee over hot embers or sand. By slowing the heat transfer, it extracts a deeper, richer aroma and prevents the coffee from becoming overly bitter.
3. Auto Altitude Detection
This smart sensor identifies your elevation above sea level. Since water boils at lower temperatures at higher altitudes, the machine adjusts its internal boiling point automatically. This prevents "burnt" coffee and ensures a consistent taste whether you are in a coastal city or a mountain village.
